Time Container Support

Need help with your time bags, memories, or app data? Email support@douhouse.com. Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. Do not email private recordings or photos unless you choose to share them.

Where are my records stored?

Events and attachments are stored in the app’s local storage on your iPhone. The app does not have an account or cloud sync. If you change phones, check your iOS device backup and transfer options before removing the app from your old phone.

Why can’t I add another time bag?

Each day holds 24 hours. The combined duration of its events cannot exceed 24 hours. Shorten an event or choose a day with available time.

Can I change a past event?

Completed historical event records are locked by default. You can still add a dated memory to an event.

What is included when I share a day?

The poster contains the day’s time container, date, event labels, and durations. Notes and attachments are not included. You can preview the poster and choose whether to show a QR code.
